GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the travel agency services provided by Kings and Queens Dream Vacation. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use our services.
1. Definitions
1.1 Travel Agency: Kings & Queens Dream vacations hereinafter referred to as "the Agency."
1.2 Client: Any individual or group making use of the travel agency services, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Agency provides travel planning services, including but not limited to booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and tours, as requested by the Client.
2.2 The Agency shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to the Client regarding travel arrangements.
2.3 The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
2.4 The Agency reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group at its discretion.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 The Client shall make payments to the Agency for the services provided, including any applicable fees and taxes.
3.2 Unless stated otherwise, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the travel arrangements.
3.3 The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date prior to the travel commencement date.
3.4 Failure to make the required payments by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and the loss of the non-refundable deposit.
4. Changes and Cancellations
4.1 Changes requested by the Client after booking confirmation may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
4.2 Cancellations initiated by the Client are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Agency.
4.3 The Agency shall not be liable for any costs or losses incurred by the Client as a result of changes or cancellations made by third-party service providers.
4.4 Guaranteed deposit at the time of booking. Sorry, but this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
4.5 If a cancellation is put in place by the Agency, the Client is not eligible for a refund.
There may be certain tours and arrangements which will require a higher deposit. The exact amount will be advised at the time of booking. In addition to the deposit, we require full payment for the air portion in order to issue airline tickets and guarantee the fare. It is recommended that we receive a confirmation on land prior to issuing airline tickets.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 The Client shall provide accurate and complete information to the Agency when booking travel arrangements.
5.2 The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates.
5.3 The Client shall comply with the terms and conditions of third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
5.3 Following the payment of the deposit, the Client is required to complete the payment within two weeks. Failure to comply with the deadline will result in the addition of a late fee. The Client will also get reminder emails on the 1st, 7th, and 13th day of not paying.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Agency shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the services provided, unless caused by the Agency's negligence or willful misconduct.
6.2 The Agency shall not be liable for any act, omission, or default of any third-party service provider, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
6.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless against any claim, demand, or liability arising from the Client's use of the services.
7.TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
7.1 Travel documents and tickets, joining and departure details, supplier addresses and phone contacts will be sent upon receipt of final payment.
8.Passports/VISAS
8.1A passport valid for three months beyond the date of travel is required for entry into all countries. Visas may be required for certain countries; please inquire for details. Please check with your agent at the time of booking if visas are still required for these or other countries. If you are not travelling on an American or Canadian passport, it is imperative that you also check visa requirements for all of the destinations you will be travelling to or transiting through
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Floridia
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida
10.3 Kings & queens Travel LLC. and/or its agents, act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, and also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours. Goway Travel Ltd. or its agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.
